Relationship coaching
A relationship coach helps clients identify/uncover the beliefs, blocks, behaviors, and habits that prevent them from having strong loving, supportive relationships in their personal and professional lives.
Stress/Anxiety Management:
Working with a stress coach means giving yourself dedicated time and space to really understand what triggers your stress/anxiety and what your stress symptoms are. Stress management coaching supports you in evaluating your work life and home life, your emotional and physical health, to see where there might be space to develop some new coping strategies. Stress/anxiety coaching will equip you with techniques and strategies to help you develop a better, long-lasting relationship to stress.
Your stress/anxiety coach will develop and implement healthy action plans to manage your stress, assist you in setting better boundaries, and teach you relaxation techniques that you can use whenever you feel your stress levels rising.
Stress/anxiety management coaches will also help you develop your emotional and mental resilience. We cannot control what life throws at us and some amount of stress is inevitable. Working with a stress coach will empower you to respond more helpfully to stress in the future.
Career Coaching
Career coaching: is the process of helping individuals identify and achieve their career goals. In a career coaching relationship, the coach will work with the client to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, set goals, and develop an action plan to achieve them. The career coach also empowers the client to navigate the work eco-system and overcome the challenges they may encounter in their career journey. Career coaching can help people achieve their full potential and find and flourish in a fulfilling career that aligns with their strengths, interests, and values.
How Our Coaching Works
Each client’s journey with Lifeworks Integrated Coaching begins with a complimentary consultation. During this consultation we’ll discuss the areas of your life you’re looking to improve, what your goals are, and how coaching would help you achieve those goals. Assuming that coaching sounds like a great fit, we’ll share with you options for moving forward with coaching.
We do not use any high-pressure sales tactics in our consultations and love when clients choose coaching because they are eager for change and joyfully invested in the transformational process.
Currently our coaching is sold in a multi-session package that will be outlined in more detail during an initial consultation. Cost per session starts at approximately $100 for joining group sessions (when offered), $200 for private individual sessions, and $250 for couple’s sessions.
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is present and future focused. In coaching we focus on solutions and what’s important in your life right now. While coaching can help address limiting beliefs and reduce stress in your life through deliberate change, coaches cannot clinically assess, diagnose, or support you in digging deep to process past traumas that can cause anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
We take the differences between therapy and coaching very seriously to ensure our clients get the services they truly need. If it seems that therapy would be more appropriate for the challenges you’re facing, we are happy to discuss our therapy services in Minnesota or will refer you to a professional who can help in your area.
